Welcome to the “Learn Before You Burn: Dos and Don’ts for MSMEs before spending lakhs on digital marketing” webinar, presented by BingeCamp Media. By registering for this webinar, participants (hereinafter referred to as “Attendees”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

• Registration: Attendees must complete the registration process and pay the applicable fee to gain access to the webinar. The fee covers access to the live session, downloadable resources (if any) and a recording of the webinar. 
• Payment: The webinar fee is payable in advance at the time of registration. Payments are accepted through the specified online payment methods. All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of webinar cancellation by BingeCamp Media. 
• Access and Participation: Attendees will receive a unique link to access the live webinar. This link is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the link with non-registered individuals is strictly prohibited. 
• Cancellation and Refunds: If the webinar is cancelled by BingeCamp Media, registered attendees will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Attendees who wish to cancel their registration must do so at least 48 hours before the webinar start time to be eligible for a refund, minus a processing fee. 
• Content and Intellectual Property: All webinar content, including but not limited to presentations, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of BingeCamp Media or its content providers. Reproducing, distributing, or selling the materials without the express permission of BingeCamp Media is prohibited. 
• Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally during the webinar. BingeCamp Media reserves the right to remove any participant deemed to be behaving inappropriately or disrupting the webinar. 
• Technical Requirements: Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary internet connection, software and hardware to participate in the webinar. BingeCamp Media is not responsible for any technical difficulties that prevent an attendee from accessing the webinar. 
• Privacy: Personal information collected during registration will be used in accordance with BingeCamp Media’s privacy policy. Attendee information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as needed to provide access to the webinar. 
• Limitation of Liability: BingeCamp Media will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the webinar, including but not limited to, technical failures, access issues, or content accuracy. 
• Changes to Terms and Conditions: BingeCamp Media reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
